The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) has announced the availability of residential plots in several newly developing estates across Enugu State, as part of its drive to expand access to planned, secure, and affordable housing.
Newsonspot reports that in a statement signed by the Director of Marketing, Mr. Oko Anthony, the Corporation disclosed that the estates span strategic locations within the state and are designed to meet the needs of both individual home seekers and large-scale real estate investors.
According to the statement, the newly opened estates include Millennium Estate (Adjacent Golf Annex), Network Phase 2 Estate (By Elim Estate), Elite Estate (Ibagwa), Blossom Garden Estate (Transekulu Annex), Platinum Estate (By Blossom Garden Estate), Transit Phase 2 Estate (By 9th Mile), University Estate (Nsukka), as well as other approved developments.
“These estates form part of ESHDC’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible, well-planned, and secure housing environments for residents and investors across Enugu State,” Oko said.
As part of a limited promotional offer, the Corporation has approved discounted rates for bulk purchases of 50 plots and above, alongside special promotional pricing for individual plot buyers. Oko noted that the initiative is aimed at encouraging wider participation in property ownership and real estate development within the state.
“All subscriptions under this promotion come with instant allocation upon payment, making this an excellent opportunity for both private homeowners and large-scale investors,” he said.
He further explained that all allocations would be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, stressing that every plot comes with secure and verifiable title documentation.
