“As we celebrate Father’s Day, I find it important – not just as a business leader but as a father myself – to pause and honour the true builders of homes, families, and society: fathers.

In the same way, fathers provide the emotional, moral, and financial foundation upon which stable families and prosperous futures are built.
Whether biological, adoptive, spiritual, or father figures in any form – your efforts matter. You lead with strength, guide with wisdom, and love with quiet endurance. You work tirelessly, often in silence, to make sure your children and families are safe, supported, and set up for success. And for that, you deserve to be celebrated every day – but especially today.
This year, I encourage everyone to not just say “Happy Father’s Day” out of tradition, but to truly reflect on the value of fatherhood. In our homes, businesses, and communities, strong fathers create strong structures – just like in real estate.
