Akmodel Group as always kept their promise to their numerous clients who came to get their allocations for the land they paid for over the weekend.
This event took place in one of their estates, Akmar Hilltop Estate 2.0, which is located in Igbodu, Epe Local Government Area, Lagos State.
Nine (9) clients amongst who were: Mr. Paul Ayomipo, Miss Amaze Onyiye Cynthia, Mr Nwokeji Chimobi Peters, Mr Chukwuka Chidera Collins and others, got allocated and all necessary documents were signed and exchanged between the company and the new land owners.
Clients, consultants, friends and some propects (that came for inspection too and are likely to invest in that estate) all came around to witness this beautiful dream come true.
On same day in faraway Anambra State, Akmodel Group Managing Director, Ambassador Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade was with Igwe Izuchukwu Okeke Onyeocha of Ezinato Enugwu Agidi community at his invitation to celebrate the New Yam Festival with him.
It was a fun filled event with yam cooked in different ways for consumption by the guests, with masquerades and dance troupes entertaining the crowd.
The Akmodel Anambra/Awka team were also in attendance to felicitate with the Igwe alongside Akmodel Group MD.
