Akmodel Builder Construction, the construction arm of Akmodel Group, is taking steps to strengthen its project delivery capacity through an international collaboration with Tianyi International Enterprise Development Co. Ltd., a China-based design and construction company.
During a strategic meeting, the Managing Director of Akmodel Group, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade, alongside Mrs. Favour Benson, Media Consultant to the company, and her team, met with representatives of the Chinese firm to discuss areas of partnership and cooperation.
Representing Tianyi International Enterprise Development Co. Ltd. were Mr. Eason and Mr. Long, both partners in the company, as well as Mr. Jerry, the Project Consultant.
The meeting focused on creating a strong working partnership where Tianyi International would provide design expertise while collaborating closely with Akmodel Builder Construction in executing and completing major development projects.
Tianyi International Enterprise Development Co. Ltd. has an impressive portfolio of projects across several locations, including Ikoyi and Opebi in Lagos, Abuja, as well as international locations such as Tanzania, Togo, and Rwanda.
Given the company’s strong track record and experience in construction and infrastructure development, both parties expressed confidence that the collaboration will result in successful project delivery and contribute positively to the real estate and construction sector.
The partnership is expected to combine Akmodel Builder Construction’s local industry knowledge and presence with Tianyi International’s global design and construction expertise, creating a synergy that will drive innovative and high-quality projects.
