President of the United States, Donald Trump, took to his Twitter page to rain insults on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi calling her a ”weak leader, a crazy and a weak person”
In the Thursday morning tweets, Trump said she was a ‘pathetic puppet controlled by the radical left’ and it was because of politicians like her that Americans ‘hated career politicians’.
Trump’s tweet of insults towards Pelosi came after the House Speaker, who was behind the failed push to impeach Trump from office, abused Trump on Wednesday and Thursday calling Trump ‘shameful’ for putting his name on Coronavirus stimulus cheques being paid to Americans during this pandemic.
The US Treasury department on Wednesday confirmed that the President’s name will appear on cheques sent to Americans to combat economic fallout from the spread of the disease in a last-minute Treasury Department order.
Pelosi blasted the move on a CNN interview saying; ”It is shameful and people are really desperate to get a check.”
Americans “want their checks,” Pelosi said, “they want their unemployment check, they want their direct payment check that you’re talking about here, they want the Paycheck Protection Program checks to come forward and they’re not seeing that,”
Pelosi also blasted the President’s announcement on Tuesday that he will halt funding for the World Health Organization as “senseless.” and called him a weak person and poor leader who was responsible for the large numbers of American deaths due to Coronavirus
‘The truth is a weak person, a poor leader, takes no responsibility. A weak person blames others,’ she wrote in a letter to Democratic colleagues
She accused the president of ‘dismantling the infrastructure handed to him’ claiming it caused ‘unnecessary deaths and economic disaster’
“In terms of the World Health Organization, the position that the President is taking, you asked does it make sense, I say it’s senseless,” she said, adding that the organization is “there to fight disease, pandemics and all of this throughout the world and for us as the United States of America to undermine that just doesn’t make sense.”
Trump after watching Pelosi’s interview took to Twitter to blast Pelosi who has been in the US House of Representatives since 1987.
He tweeted; ”Crazy “Nancy Pelosi, you are a weak person. You are a poor leader. You are the reason America hates career politicians, like yourself.” @seanhannity She is totally incompetent & controlled by the Radical Left, a weak and pathetic puppet. Come back to Washington and do your job!”
