Mrs. Francesca Ogbonnaya, a market trader based in Kano State, has described her experience with Fidelity Bank as “wonderful and life-changing,” after emerging as a ₦1 million winner in the bank’s Get Alert In Millions (GAIM) Season 6 savings promotion.
In an interview, Mrs. Ogbonnaya, who hails from Delta State but is married to an Ebonyi man, shared how her decision to open a savings account with Fidelity Bank in early 2024 turned out to be one of the best financial choices she ever made.
“I started banking with Fidelity Bank around January or February 2024, and I can tell you that everything I heard about their good service is true. Their staff attend to customers very well, and my account officer is always available to help whenever I call,” she said.
According to her, the most surprising part of her journey with the bank came when she received a phone call informing her that she had won ₦1 million in the GAIM 6 promo – a promotion she didn’t even know existed.
“I had no idea about any promo. I just kept depositing money daily, no matter how small, after my market sales. Then one day, while I was sick at home, I got a call that I had won ₦1 million. I couldn’t believe it! I jumped from my bed and ran to the market to share the good news,” she recalled joyfully.
Despite initial skepticism from people around her, Mrs. Ogbonnaya’s trust in the bank proved right when she visited her branch and confirmed that she was indeed a winner. She immediately decided to reinvest the money into her fufu business, which has since grown significantly.
“The bank didn’t just give me the money; they also advised me on how to use it wisely. Since then, my business has expanded, and things have improved greatly,” she said with gratitude.
Expressing her appreciation, she thanked Fidelity Bank for its commitment to customer satisfaction and empowerment through initiatives like GAIM.
“I pray the bank continues this kind of promotion because it helps ordinary people like us. If they extend it, more people will become rich through Fidelity Bank,” she urged.
To fellow Nigerians yet to join the bank, Mrs. Ogbonnaya had a simple message:
“Fidelity Bank is a trustworthy bank. Your money is safe there, and it can even make you a millionaire – just like it did for me. I encourage everyone to join Fidelity Bank.”
