An official of the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) who attended the burial ceremony of President Buhari’s Chief of Staff Abba Kyari, has sparked off a row of controversy after being spotted in a viral video removing his Personal protective equipment (PPE) with bare hands.

This is one of the guys that buried Abba Kyari discarding his PPE along the road with bare hands. No Fumigation. No burning.
