40 year old, Nollywood actress Aderounmu Adejumoke has passed away. This is coming days after her last birthday which was on 26th March 2024.
The news of the Abeokuta born actress was shared online by Oluwabankefunmi on X (formerly Twitter) who said she was hoping the news will be false as updated by the actress’ cousin. She however did not clarify what led to the death.
Aderounmu is a graduate of Industrial Relations at the Obafemi Awolowo University. She has featured in numerous movies, notably Jenifa’s diary where came into the limelight acting as Esther and was featured in Alakada by Toyin Abraham.
She is also a content producer and TV host. She was also certified in Film Making and Acting by La Cinefabrique in Lyon, France, in 2017 after she won a Ford Foundation scholarship at the Africa International Film Festival at her completion of a DSLR Film Making Training For Young Nigerian Film Makers in 2016.
