Wema Bank’s digital bank, ALAT, has been offering cashback on transactions made through its Point of Sale machines with its cards for the entire month of November.
The financial company stated in a statement on Sunday that the 20% cashback offer is applicable for the Black Friday season, when products and services are sold at reduced prices.
Customers who take advantage of this offer can get a 20% reimbursement on every transaction, on top of any savings they may have previously gotten from other Black Friday specials or via ALAT Rewards.
According to the bank, Wema Bank’s reward program is extended through the WEMA/ALAT Black Friday promotion.
Executive Director, Digital and Retail Business, Wema Bank, Tunde Mabawonku, speaking on the offer, said, “Our goal is to consistently drive impact, empower, and add value to the lives of every customer. He added, “For every N100, 000 spent with your ALAT card on a Wema Bank POS machine, you’ll get a cashback of N20, 000, and that continues within the 20 per cent cashback Black Friday promo. So, when you’re at a store, watch out for the Wema Bank POS machine to make your payment with a Wema card and enjoy the cashback offer.”
The Wema/ALAT Black Friday deal is a month-long promotion that is valid in all regions of Nigeria and runs from now to the end of November 2023. It offers incentives and savings.
