7 health workers have tested positive for Coronavirus in Borno state as confirmed by Dr. Salihu Kwaya-Bura, Borno High Powered Response Team on Convid-19’s secretary.
Kwaya-Bura, who is also the state’s Commissioner for Health made the announcement on Friday April 24.
He said the state has recorded 15 cases including two deaths. The commissioner who thanked Borno residents for complying with the lockdown order issued by the state government, said they are currently working on modifying the lockdown order following the declaration of Ramadan.
