The final journey of the promising gospel minister, Aduke Ajayi, popularly known as Aduke Gold, will commence on August 21 and will be eventually laid to rest on August 23.
The singer died on Monday 12th August, 2024 at the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan after battling undisclosed ailment as friends and colleagues were thrown into mourning.
According to the burial arrangements as contained in the obituary poster released by the family, the burial rites kicks off on Wednesday 21st August, 2024 with Candle Night at Ayanleye Primary School, Idiagbon Bus Stop, College Road, Ifako ijaye, Ọgbà, Lagos at six O’clock in the evening.
Artists Night comes up on Thursday 22nd August, 2024 at the same venue between six o’clock in the evening till six o’clock in the morning of the following day.

Lying-in-state and Burial Service will hold on Friday at Lagos African Church Grammar School, College Bus Stop, College Road, Ifako Ijaye, Ọgbà, Lagos at nine o’clock in the morning.
