Festival Of Hope @ Ilesha, an open air revival, themed: Total Freedom In Christ Jesus, and done in conjunction with Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) was held in Ilesha, Osun State.
Reverend (Dr.) Lawrence and Pst. Mrs. Grace Lasisi the conveners of this great revival with other men of God shook Ilesha to its foundation by the great manifestation of God’s glory.
This 3days powerful event took place between the 12th – 14th June, 2024 and it also featured a Fire Conference, followed by Medical Tests and Treatments for interested attendees then the Youth Conference, all these activities took place within Methodist Cathedral, Otapete, Ilesha, Osun State.
Every evening of the 3days, congregants assembled for the Open Air Revival which took place in the Owa’s Palace. They were impacted with the word of God by different great ministers.
Amongst the ministers were: Abraham Akinpelu, Rev’d. Israel Ajayi, Evang. Niyi Adedokun, Dr. Bola Are, Evang. Taiwo Ojo, Yemi David and others.
The last day of the revival was the grand finale where diverse testimonies of healings, blessings, deliverance etc were shared. The man of God in the person of Rev’d Lasisi gave a prophesy that within 7days, Ilesha town and everyone that have been part of programmes, will get good news.
The Chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Ilesha Chapter was fully represented.
Ilesha Women Singers, Spring of Hope Choir from Ibadan, Glorious International Voices Of Cindico (Christ International Divinity College) Erinmo etc also performed at the event.
A courtesy visit was paid to HRM Oba (Dr.) Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran ll. CFR, LLD, Owa Obokun Of Ijesaland.
It is worthy to note this revival has become an annual event, with previous events held in Ede, Oshogbo, this year in Ilesha and next year’s will be in Ile-Ife to the glory of God Almighty.
